International Cooperation

In its many years of action in the field of ICT for Development, OCCAM has had a variety of collaborations with governments, government agencies, International Organizations, Universities, Centers of Excellence, business entities and NGOs, playing the role of consultant, supervisor, system integrator and architecture designer, or even implementer. In all those different circumstances, should a project be launched, OCCAM signs a Memorandum of Understanding or Letter of Cooperation in which the role of each partner and the financial plan are clarified. When cooperating with governments, OCCAM has played a mediation role, engaging in the selection of suitable technical partners and content providers that can deploy hardware, software, e-services and all aspects of ICT for development projects in any given country.
